The whole time there was smooth communication through email. On our wedding day, he stayed the whole day, and, while we were wrapping up, he asked "if there was anything else we wanted him to film?". This was really nice. When we received the final wedding film, we were absolutely stunned by how beautiful it is. The film showcases the joy of our wedding day perfectly! We had a sit down meeting prior to our wedding day to go through all of the particulars of our cultural wedding. They completely understood everything and were eager to learn. They were also both present for 12 hours and did not leave without checking in with us to make sure there wasn't any more footage that we wanted. They literally did every single thing we requested of them and we couldn't be happier with the result! You will not be disappointed.
