Mary Margaret Courtney, their day-of coordinator, oversaw the events that started at 11:30 AM and ended at 9:30 PM. Branden Murphy, the lead videographer, captured the moments of the day for 10 hours, while Nadeem Oudeh, his partner, was on hand for six hours.
The day started with the bride getting ready with her mother in Bolton, Ontario, while the groom prepared himself in Milton, Ontario. The couple then travelled to their first look session, where they saw each other for the first time before posing for their video and photo shoot at The Arlington Estate.
The ceremony took place at 5:00 PM, and the couple exchanged their vows with drone footage capturing their venue. After the ceremony, the reception started with a cocktail hour, followed by their entrance and sunset photos. Throughout the day, Heartwood Images captured their memories, while Yadgia Hair styled their hair, Imanuel Florist provided the flowers, and Jen Evoy Makeup Studio took care of their makeup.
